Grace Baptist Church - Bylaws - Article N, Article O, Article P and Article Q

ARTICLE N - CONSERVATIVE BAPTIST ASSOCIATION

Section 1. Affiliation:

This church recognizes and sustains the fellowship of mutual counsel and cooperation with the Conservative Baptist Northwest, and Conservative Baptist America.

Section 2. Association Meetings:

The church shall be represented at Association meetings by a delegation of the Pastoral staff, and/or the Deacon Board.


ARTICLE O - RULES OF ORDER

All business meetings of the church shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order (latest edition).


ARTICLE P - CONSTITUTION REVIEW

The Deacon Board shall review the Constitution and By-laws every two years and submit proposed corrections and changes to the church.


ARTICLE Q - AMENDMENTS

These By-laws may be amended by two-thirds vote of members present at any business meeting. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing at least o­ne month prior to the meeting. The meeting shall be publicly announced from the pulpit and written in the church bulletin the two preceding Sundays. No amendment may be made to these By-laws that conflicts with the Constitution.
