Grace Baptist Church - Article IX, Article X, and Article XI

ARTICLE IX - MEETINGS

Meeting for worship, prayer, praise, fellowship, business and special purposes shall be held as set forth in the By-laws.


ARTICLE X - RELATIONSHIPS

A.  This church shall be an autonomous body of believers under the direction of the Holy Spirit with the right to fellowship with other organizations who acknowledge agreement with the faith and practice of this church.

B.  The church will determine its fellowship and cooperation with churches and other organizations. These relationships will not compromise the Declaration of Faith of this church. The church may send statistical reports to those groups and may be represented in their meetings.

C.  No financial support shall be given to an organization or individuals whose doctrinal position is not in keeping with the Preamble of this Constitution.

D.  In the event of the disillusion of Grace Baptist Church, all property and assets will become property of C.B. Northwest.

ARTICLE XI - AMENDMENTS

This Constitution may be amended by a three-fourths (3/4) vote of members present and voting at any business meeting. Proposed amendments must be submitted to the congregation at least one month prior to the business meeting.
